To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Piatek came free, but Wawrzyniec Charamut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Lisandro Roderigo's late challenge caught a Utopía Muerta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. De Boedo Vengo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Wawrzyniec Charamut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Hibai in the 86th minute of play. Fermin Martinez hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute Severo Bermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Charamut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them.
