Folke Melin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Camilo Freixa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Pauliström's Folke Melin. But to his dismay, Folke Melin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Folke Melin went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 29 minutes, Albert Andberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pauliström's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Andberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Albert Andberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pauliström fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 34 minutes, Michael Runberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pauliström and the Bolivia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Michael Runberg. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Camilo Freixa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Näver in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Mario Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malcolm Wall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 minutes, Magnus Björk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pauliström and the Bolivia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Bolivia a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mario Fernandino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pauliström's Malcolm Wall. 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mario Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Henry Näver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pauliström's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Näver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute Folke Melin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Melin in the 61st minute of play. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Näver, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 70 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Björk. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Folke Melin went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, Alfredo Ferrant was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pauliström the free kick. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Alfredo Ferrant hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Henry Näver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Melin in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Pauliström booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Madrid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Näver, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Michael Runberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Bolivia's Julio Chicote seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Julio Chicote the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bolivia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Julio Chicote had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Julio Chicote got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ivar Björklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
