After 4 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sverker Danielsson who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to FC Wrocanka's Lu Bin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 6th minute, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Wrocanka's Tomasz Jarosz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orlando Tafalla in the 16 minute of the game. Sverker Danielsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. In the 28th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Dawiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kajetan Dawiec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joshua Garrido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajetan Dawiec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play.

After 51 minutes, Teobald Chodzinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Wrocanka and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes FC Wrocanka got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Chodzinski. In the 52nd minute of the match Axel Montenegro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kajetan Dawiec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 55th minute of the match, Axel Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kajetan Dawiec was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 58 minutes into the game, Sverker Danielsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Sverker Danielsson came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC Wrocanka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sverker Danielsson couldn't finish the play. If Sverker Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Danielsson came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 71st minute of play forced FC Wrocanka's goalkeeper Kajetan Dawiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Wrocanka fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
