After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 15th minute, Eduardo Quinito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 19 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Eduardo Quinito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Eduardo Quinito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Baumar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Quinito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. After 52 played minutes La luz del Lider ❤ got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Peruanton. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Alex Chicote with Patricio Costa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. La luz del Lider ❤'s Khaldoun Knorr was substituted for Eduardo Quinito. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute of the game Alex Chicote made a throw-in which Salvador Gisbert played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of play forced La luz del Lider ❤'s goalkeeper Bruno Baumar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La luz del Lider ❤'s Alvaro Guillem managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonathan Venegas in the 85 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 85th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Celedonio Nayely was slow to take the kick. During this time La luz del Lider ❤'s players had a chance to rest. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Nayely during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Celedonio Nayely hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Baumar firmly grabbed it by the left post.
