Daniel Cwynar came out of the goal and Karlus Waugh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugon Milko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Tomasz Arada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moneteria's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Arada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair got a free kick in the 19th minute. Tomasz Arada hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hugon Milko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demonde Jacobson was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 41 minutes, Barnaba Wobito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moneteria and the Jamaica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Jamaica from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Moneteria's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
