Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Hägele came free, but Lucio Ur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes GALACTICOS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Semih Kaya who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Raimundo Santos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GALACTICOS's Rey Acitores did a great save. C. A. Potrero's Lucio Ur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Hägele in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute GALACTICOS were awarded a corner. Elco Vid went to the cornerflag to take it. Rey Acitores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil in the 33rd minute of the match. Noel Hägele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lucio Ur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Noel Hägele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Victoro Guillarte fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GALACTICOS's protests and gave Victoro Guillarte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Victoro Guillarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victoro Guillarte hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Noel Hägele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Ur having to interfere. Lucio Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Hägele in the 70th minute of play. Raimundo Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Lucio Ur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Hägele in the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Mariano Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes GALACTICOS got a freekick which was hit by Elco Vid. A collision led to GALACTICOS getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Elco Vid hit a great ball. David Râznicu hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Mustafa Barış Yorangil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Humberto Meder fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Potrero's protests and gave Humberto Meder a yellow card for diving instead. Humberto Meder kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rey Acitores made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Mustafa Barış Yorangil sent off a good shot on target. Rey Acitores came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Potrero's Mustafa Barış Yorangil. But to his dismay, Mustafa Barış Yorangil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C. A. Potrero walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
