It was a well-played corner which Severino Torcato managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 34 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's Augustin Panaiteanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Vulturar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Joaquim Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Paredes in the 36th minute of play forced ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's goalkeeper Ivan Vulturar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Fiúza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Gremio Viana got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Crognale. Joaquim Paredes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Ivan Vulturar made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquim Paredes to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivan Vulturar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Luna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gremio Viana fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Gremio Viana's Carlos Luna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antonio Calisto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ivan Vulturar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
