The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Trapiche's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 7 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Natanael came free, but Federico Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Severino Natanael's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Fe was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. A collision led to Trapiche getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tadeo Abajas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kong Xi Guo in the 9th minute of play forced Trapiche's goalkeeper Federico Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viejo Lobo De Mar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Codruț Văleanu in the 12th minute. The corner led Viejo Lobo De Mar's Codruț Văleanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Federico Fe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Saverio Osasun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damaso Urbez came out and tried to block the shot, but Saverio Osasun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. If Severino Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Viejo Lobo De Mar's goalkeeper Damaso Urbez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliciano Porfiro. The audience was convinced that Kong Xi Guo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Fe was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Natanael came free, but Federico Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Kong Xi Guo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Fe. Trapiche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kong Xi Guo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Trapiche's Hugo Itzaina slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damaso Urbez. That made the score 2-2 after 31 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Kong Xi Guo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Fe was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Feliciano Porfiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trapiche fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kong Xi Guo in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Fe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saverio Osasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Damaso Urbez made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Severino Natanael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Fe. Trapiche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Natanael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Leonard Radziszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Federico Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Văleanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Natanael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. With his leg Federico Fe managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Viejo Lobo De Mar's Zbyszko Dziewedik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Porfiro in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Urbez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Fe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Natanael in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Porfiro in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Urbez saved Viejo Lobo De Mar from getting behind. Severino Natanaels short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Federico Fe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zbyszko Dziewedik scored 3-5 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Fe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Gabirel came free, but Federico Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trapiche's Federico Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Trapiche from getting a goal against them. Federico Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Dziewedik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Viejo Lobo De Mar's Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trapiche's goalie prevented a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Trapiche fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Federico Fe had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Zbyszko Dziewedik's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Hugo Itzaina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trapiche's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Itzaina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damaso Urbez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rafael Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The Viejo Lobo De Mar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Viejo Lobo De Mar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
