But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Troy Kennedy couldn't finish the play. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Udalaitz went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Aureliano Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Udalaitz got free with Bruno Barrett in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Mariano Udalaitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Kyle Davies got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Adrian Jaunzuria made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 30th minute of the match Fabian Eduino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Jaunzuria in the 32nd minute of play. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Jaunzuria in the 41st minute of play. Mariano Udalaitz hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Jaunzuria in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Harvey Doyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mariano Udalaitz came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Cervezanegra A.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Udalaitz couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Jaunzuria in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kyle Davies was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Curacao's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Udalaitz in the 66th minute of the match. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Jaunzuria in the 67th minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Jaunzuria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Cervezanegra A.C. fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Cervezanegra A.C.'s Adrian Jaunzuria looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Mariano Udalaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Mariano Udalaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Jaunzuria, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Adrian Jaunzuria scored 9-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Harvey Doyle charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harvey Doyle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Udalaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Jaunzuria in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Marciano Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Troy Kennedy's late challenge caught a Cervezanegra A.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Troy Kennedy helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cervezanegra A.C. booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troy Kennedy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Mariano Udalaitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cervezanegra A.C.'s Adrian Jaunzuria got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, Mariano Udalaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cervezanegra A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Udalaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Udalaitz in the 100th minute of play.
