When Spartans FC's Alesandro Mac Millan in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 17 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Bertie Johnson. A collision led to Spartans FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Eloi Lindsay hit a great ball. Jorge Philippi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanley Wallace, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Alesandro Mac Millan came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. After having played for 27 minutes, Marshall Graham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marshall Graham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alesandro Mac Millan scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Alesandro Mac Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Troy Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Alesandro Mac Millan struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartans FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Davies made a kick off. Jorge Philippi was a little too slow when Stanley Wallace got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 3-1. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Troy Kennedy hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alesandro Mac Millan in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Spartans FC's Alesandro Mac Millan in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute, Kyle Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Alesandro Mac Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Raimundo Marcou came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Spartans FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Marcou couldn't finish the play. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartans FC. 77 minutes into the game, Alesandro Mac Millan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alesandro Mac Millan took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Juan Pablo Moure kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Curacao's Kyle Davies got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Sierralta in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Alesandro Mac Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Spartans FC's Alesandro Mac Millan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Spartans FC had played much better football throughout.
