Håkan Lindgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Melin came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Gesner Philippe. 67 minutes into the match, Tanumshede FF's Ingmar Melin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noel Seide narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ingmar Melin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Lindgren in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Åke Alström in the 76th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
