He walked away shaking his head. Alfredo Ferrant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todung Tumena having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Dedi Soeharto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Bolivia's Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Todung Tumena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Fernandino made a kick off. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilman Ardisuta in the 52nd minute of play. If Dedi Soeharto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilman Ardisuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Dedi Soeharto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, Well-Well Wells kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Hilman Ardisuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Well-Well Wells struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PS Banyuwangi. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PS Banyuwangi fully deserved thier win.
