Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kyle Davies kicked off to start the match. After 7 minutes of play, Rapid Wien's Marcus Heuser made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Heuser in the 14th minute. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirco Kähler in the 15th minute of play. Kyle Davies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Björn Jurinovic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marcus Heuser came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Rapid Wien fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Heuser couldn't finish the play. Marcus Heuser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Marcus Heuser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Marcus Heuser scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 3-0. Rapid Wien's Werner Frach got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Rapid Wien's Marcus Heuser ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 41st minute Marcus Heuser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Heuser in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Heuser to strike the kick off in the second half. When Rocco Owen fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Rocco Owen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Rocco Owen hit a great ball. Marcus Heuser might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Heuser ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 59 minutes, Lars Reicher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapid Wien's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Reicher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Werner Frach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Heuser in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of Rapid Wien booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Heuser took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Marcus Heuser came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Rapid Wien fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Heuser couldn't finish the play. Marcus Heuser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Marcus Heuser's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Barrett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Rapid Wien's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
