Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Jonathan Alphonse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Hamid Laura Douibi made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Haiti's Ernso Constant dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernso Constant got free with Hamid Laura Douibi in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gesner Philippe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Hamid Laura Douibi made a huge save. In the 73rd minute of the match, Ernso Constant tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hamid Laura Douibi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Juliusz Julø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kateb Amrouche scored 1-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haiti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
