Gitano Iniesta scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, UE Cornella's Gitano Iniesta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 20th minute, Curacao's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gitano Iniesta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 20th minute, Gitano Iniesta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UE Cornella fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 23 minutes into the game, Gitano Iniesta lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Bruno Barrett. Curacao's Kyle Davies got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bertie Johnson hit a great ball. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Gitano Iniesta tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gitano Iniesta in the 45th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herberto Orbiz struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UE Cornella.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Davies made a kick off. Gitano Iniesta scored 5-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gitano Iniesta in the 56th minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gitano Iniesta, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Alvito Font scored 6-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Alvito Font came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Charles Cox got a free kick in the 84th minute. Bertie Johnson hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Gitano Iniesta put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvito Font in the 93rd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gitano Iniesta in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertie Johnson to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. UE Cornella fully deserved thier win.
