Tomás Herrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The U21 Panama fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brokopondo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
