The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 于景谦 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈默建 in the 47th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 温谦强 was the one to do the kick off. If 麦平宇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcin Cebula's supporters rose to their feet, but 温谦强 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, 温谦强 put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Marcin Cebula's 温谦强 shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute.
