At last the ball reached 范彬景 at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Curacao. 1-0. 范彬景 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by 郑崇谦 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, 郑崇谦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and 郑崇谦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daan Leers in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Bruno Barrett didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Davies in the 18th minute of play forced 重庆1997联队's goalkeeper Pang Bang Xun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by 重庆1997联队's 郑崇谦. But to his dismay, 郑崇谦 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daan Leers in the 23rd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If 郑崇谦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Daan Leers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Daan Leers fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Daan Leers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 李超森 hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Troy Kennedy got a free kick in the 54th minute. 郑崇谦 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Daan Leers managed to get in a good position for a shot. 重庆1997联队's supporters rose to their feet, but Daan Leers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 郑崇谦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daan Leers in the 64th managed to get into a good position. Daan Leers scored 4-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Daan Leers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daan Leers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. If Daan Leers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 重庆1997联队's Zdeněk Sochor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bertie Johnson, made in the 82nd minute of the game. Daan Leers scored 5-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daan Leers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. Daan Leers might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daan Leers ran back to his position shaking his head. Daan Leers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that 重庆1997联队 were the better team. 重庆1997联队's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
