Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's Iustin Pandrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Bartoli in the 20th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Gigel Omescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Iustin Pandrea made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Youssef Malek sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Revolución Joao FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nichifor Sabău made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Revolución Joao FC's Cristinel Iosub. 45 minutes into the match, Youssef Malek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iustin Pandrea, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Bartoli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Youssef Malek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The supporters of Revolución Joao FC booed when Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Omescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorin Doroftei in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olavo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the game, Alberto Spencer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Iustin Pandrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Revolución Joao FC defense, Dorin Doroftei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olavo Velloso. The Revolución Joao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olavo Velloso should have stopped the shot. Alberto Spencer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iustin Pandrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Spencer in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Revolución Joao FC's goalkeeper Olavo Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Zamfirescu. 87 minutes into the match, Revolución Joao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Doroftei came free, but Olavo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Spencer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iustin Pandrea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM. Gigel Omescu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Olavo Velloso. 4-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Revolución Joao FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM for much of the match.
