Clemente Teixeira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Thiago Fernandes notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Atlético Montserrat's Florencio Ferran. Florencio Ferran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Cordarryl charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Cordarryl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Atlético Montserrat's Florencio Ferran got control of the ball when Cesinha Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Cesinha Araújo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florencio Ferran. Cesinha Araújo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 33rd minute Clemente Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Clemente Teixeira 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Florencio Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Clemente Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. MengãOShowS - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Teixeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Ferran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thiago Fernandes got free with Florencio Ferran in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesinha Araújo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind MengãOShowS - FDFDF's goalkeeper Tomás Silveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st match minute, Atlético Montserrat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the game, Wanderson Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Florencio Ferran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Florencio Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Gomes in the 70th minute of play. Florencio Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Gomes in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Fred Pitta made a precise shot to the right of Florencio Ferran. Atlético Montserrat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 81 minutes into the match, MengãOShowS - FDFDF's Wanderson Gomes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florencio Ferran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute of the match Cesinha Araújo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Ferran skillfully saved the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Wanderson Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Florencio Ferran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MengãOShowS - FDFDF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
