The referee showed Elói Ribeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Palestina got a freekick which was hit by Elói Ribeiro. In the 9th minute, Sezgin Arslanşah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Aleandro Zilles kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Sezgin Arslanşah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Abay Vedat came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Fenerbahçe fans jumped to their feet. Palestina's Ezequiel do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Palestina from getting a goal against them. Behlül Uçbay charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behlül Uçbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Behlül Uçbay got a free kick in the 30th minute. Palestina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Abay Vedat scored to the left of an out of position Ezequiel do Valle, making the score, 3-0. When Alpertunga Balbay came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Fenerbahçe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alpertunga Balbay couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Abay Vedat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elói Ribeiro to make the kick off. After 51st play minutes Vitório Linhares shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Hıdır Taykara and just under the crossbar into goal. Víktor Meirelles's late challenge caught a Fenerbahçe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. Víktor Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Ezequiel do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abay Vedat, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ezequiel do Valle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abay Vedat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel do Valle having to interfere. Sezgin Arslanşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Behlül Uçbay was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Palestina booed when Fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behlül Uçbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitório Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hıdır Taykara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sezgin Arslanşah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sezgin Arslanşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezgin Arslanşah in the 86th minute of play. Fenerbahçe's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
