The supporters of Bambisgris booed when Pilar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Horta in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Horta in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafin Abaurre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albérico Jordão succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After a rather tough play, Bambisgris's Jonathan Abeita got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Bambisgris's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Horta came free, but Serafin Abaurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pilar FC's Daniel Quintela managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celedonio Velasco in the 41 minute of the game. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pilar FC's goalkeeper Júlio Sampaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Bambisgris getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Anier Itzaina hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bambisgris's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lorenzo Santio in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on Bambisgris's corner Robustiano Iyan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Júlio Sampaio quite easily take care of the ball. In the 58th minute, Rui Horta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Abaurre. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 76th match minute, Pilar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Rebelo to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
