Manuel Bonjoch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Tirso in the 6th minute of the match. CórdovaFC's Rubén Boces got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Rubén Boces made a precise shot to the right of Gaston Semeno. Miraflores's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Miraflores's zone, Gustavo Xandri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Semeno came out of the goal and Gustavo Xandri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xurdin Villasinda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Semeno having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goalkeeper Gaston Semeno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Xandri. In the 22nd minute Javier Geleberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Bonjoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Semeno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Xandri's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. A collision led to CórdovaFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rubén Boces hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Ladio in the 27th minute of play forced CórdovaFC's goalkeeper Manuel Bonjoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Xandri in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Semeno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CórdovaFC's Manuel Bonjoch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Tirso in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Rubén Boces managed to get in a good position for a shot. CórdovaFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubén Boces was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Semeno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Gustavo Xandri took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Gaston Semeno to make any attempt to save it. CórdovaFC's Rubén Boces got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CórdovaFC's Gustavo Xandri was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omar Criston stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rubén Boces struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gaston Semeno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CórdovaFC. Javier Geleberto kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Gaston Semeno came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by CórdovaFC's Rubén Boces. But to his dismay, Rubén Boces quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. CórdovaFC's Xandro Carlos got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xandro Carlos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Gaston Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CórdovaFC's Xurdin Villasinda got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Miraflores defense, Flavio Comillas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Semeno. The Miraflores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Semeno should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the game, Rubén Boces cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Gaston Semeno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jairón Sominaya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaston Semeno. Miraflores's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Manuel Bonjoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The supporters of Miraflores booed when CórdovaFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubén Boces didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the CórdovaFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
