Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matt Doughty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 5th minute of play. When Kirk Godfrey fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bangladesh's protests and gave Kirk Godfrey a yellow card for diving instead. Kirk Godfrey hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jan-Ove Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bangladesh's Kirk Godfrey got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the game, FC South Park's Johan Svanberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matt Doughty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tosh Roebuck kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Matt Doughty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sture Böcklund in the 25th minute of the match. Matt Doughty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Ove Hägglund's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Bangladesh defense, Johan Svanberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matt Doughty. The Bangladesh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matt Doughty should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute Sture Böcklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Doughty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matt Doughty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Svanberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Matt Doughty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 42nd minute of play. Bangladesh's Matt Doughty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Svanberg in the 44th minute of play. Henning Lundhberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kirk Godfrey, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Matt Doughty came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by FC South Park's Jan-Ove Hägglund. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Hägglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johan Svanberg made a kick off. With a little luck, Bangladesh's Matt Doughty got control of the ball when Johan Svanberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johan Svanberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Matt Doughty made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 68th minute of play forced Bangladesh's goalkeeper Matt Doughty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Boman got free with Matt Doughty in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henning Lundhberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trevor Gould in the 77th minute of the match. FC South Park's Elliott Axelsson was substituted for Johan Svanberg. In the 79th minute Bangladesh were awarded a corner. Mickey Beckwith went to the cornerflag to take it. Matt Doughty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 84th minute of the match. Henning Lundhberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirk Godfrey in the 85th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trevor Gould in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henning Lundhberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bangladesh's Matt Doughty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Böcklund in the 89th minute of play. A hard shot 92 in the game by Elliott Axelsson from a close distance when the talented Matt Doughty managed to make a qualified save. Bangladesh's players were relieved. 95 minutes into the match, Bangladesh's goalkeeper Matt Doughty had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elliott Axelsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliott Axelsson got free with Matt Doughty in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kirk Godfrey scored 1-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Lundhberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
