AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Eduardo Tróia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Luiz Eduardo Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferit Boğatekin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sean Dekker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Rahmad Lunggana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Afonso Barreto with Luiz Eduardo Tróia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Leandro Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahmad Lunggana in the 19th minute of play. Vivaldo Fantini might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vivaldo Fantini ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferit Boğatekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Sen Jian in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Ferit Boğatekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Eduardo Tróia. In the 28th match minute, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Fantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Luiz Eduardo Tróia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Eduardo Tróia in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferit Boğatekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 minutes of play, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Rahmad Lunggana made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 37 played minutes AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Kück. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Luiz Eduardo Tróia made the kick off in the second half. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Tróia in the 52nd minute of play. Ferit Boğatekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto dos Santos in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Rahmad Lunggana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leandro Neves. Leandro Neves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 70th match minute, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Caskinha Esporte Clube made a substitution. Iván Zamorano replaced Luiz Eduardo Tróia. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Evaristo Ortiz was substituted for Wang Sen Jian. The supporters of Caskinha Esporte Clube booed when AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vivaldo Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto dos Santos came free, but Ferit Boğatekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Caskinha Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them.

AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
