An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Lluis in the 2nd minute of play forced Metapalo FC's goalkeeper Gavino Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Đuro Samuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Chaime could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gavino Belarmo made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Sportivo Ben Hur's Gavino Belarmo threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anselmo Lluis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Hagi in the 14th minute of play. Valentin Negroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Montrell Harrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Negroni struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Montrell Harrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metapalo FC. 24 minutes into the match, Dante Rafe notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell. Montrell Harrell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Montrell Harrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Negroni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Hagi in the 38th minute of play. Gavino Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Negroni kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute of the match, Anselmo Lluis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Belarmo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Montrell Harrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Rafe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Lluis in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Lluis in the 47th minute of play forced Metapalo FC's goalkeeper Gavino Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Metapalo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jorge Hagi made the kick off in the second half. Gavino Belarmo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Ben Hur's Jorge Hagi. But to his dismay, Jorge Hagi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 61st minute, Arsenio Loramendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes, Sportivo Ben Hur's Witalis Maruda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gavino Belarmo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sportivo Ben Hur reached it. In the 63rd minute of the match, Valentin Negroni tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Montrell Harrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arsenio Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Sportivo Ben Hur's Emanuel Hielscher was substituted for Délio Toledo. The supporters of Sportivo Ben Hur booed when Metapalo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Loramendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Montrell Harrell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Rafe in the 75th minute. Gavino Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Hielscher, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Eduardo Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Jorge Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Lluis in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Anselmo Lluis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Ben Hur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Lluis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Hielscher in the 91st minute of play forced Metapalo FC's goalkeeper Gavino Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Negroni came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Metapalo FC's corner Leif Broman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Montrell Harrell quite easily take care of the ball.

Although Sportivo Ben Hur had been in control for most of the match, Metapalo FC still came away with the win.
