The supporters of Shuspendemo booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wang Lei didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Boselli in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Cordearo saved Racing Club from getting behind. Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Boselli in the 12th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes, Shuspendemo's Lucas Rivas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shuspendemo reached it. In the 21st minute Mauro Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Nevada in the 22nd minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Ismael Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Lano in the 26th minute of play. Ismael Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Lano in the 26th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Racing Club's Ramiro Lano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ismael Vellito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 42 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Dario Opilano. After a defensive mix-up in Shuspendemo's zone, Mario Silban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Vellito came out of the goal and Mario Silban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shuspendemo made a substitution. Réda Kolb replaced Mauro Boselli. The Shuspendemo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Racing Club were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Réda Kolb to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Efmamjjasond Bronco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Réda Kolb in the 59th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Homer Field came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ismael Vellito could save by the left post. Ismael Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Txomin in the 66th minute of the match. Ismael Vellito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Txomin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Homer Field got free with Ismael Vellito in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th match minute, Shuspendemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brooks Willison to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Shuspendemo's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Txomin came free, but Ismael Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Kepa in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Shuspendemo were awarded a corner. Lucas Rivas went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Réda Kolb in the 87th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Homer Field recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Kepa in the 93rd minute of play. When Shuspendemo's Diego Gerber in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Racing Club's goalie prevented a goal.

When the match was over Racing Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Shuspendemo throughout the match.
