In the 24th minute, Pitman FC's Victoriano Iraunkor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Farid Mondragon. Farid Mondragon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 30 played minutes Pitman FC got a freekick which was hit by Johan Telkamp. If Levan Dost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Levan Dost, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Pitman FC's Everardo Felipillo got a free kick in the 41st minute. Pitman FC's Marcos Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Sedat Umut in the 42nd minute of play. Farid Mondragon made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Albano Timo sent off a good shot on target. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Silvestre Deunoro put in a rough tackle.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
