Alex Svanberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6 minutes into the match, Hallands Riviera's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Alex Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Ekrot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Malmgren in the 7th minute. Ivan Malmgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Ekrot came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivan Malmgren slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 12th minute. Ivan Malmgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Ekrot having to make a save. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Ivan Malmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hallands Riviera's Igor Daim got a free kick in the 26th minute. Valter Berglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Malmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Marcus Ekrot made a huge save. Marcus Ekrot made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ivan Malmgren sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Hallands Riviera's Ivan Malmgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Igor Daim hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Hallands Riviera made a substitution. Kent Browall replaced Valter Berglund. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Alkvist was the one to do the kick off. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Browall in the 53rd minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Hjälm, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Alex Svanberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hílton Souza in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Hermansson got free with Alex Svanberg in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Adnan Kultigin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tage Glanselius hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adnan Kultigin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hílton Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alex Svanberg. That made the score 3-2 in the 87 minute of play. Hallands Riviera's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
