But to his dismay, Zachariasz Poteralski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alfredo Montae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibor Berkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Pascual Marin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Montae skillfully saved the ball. When Gavino Vergaray came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Chorroarín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Vergaray couldn't finish the play. After 21 played minutes Chorroarín got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Gilen. Pascual Marin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Chorroarín's Bruce Wayne threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guillermo Berasko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfredo Montae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Chorroarín's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Marin came free, but Alfredo Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as RompePiernas FC's Tibor Berkes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfredo Montae. That made the score 0-3 after 81 minutes of play. Alfredo Montae made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Pascual Marin sent off a good shot on target.

RompePiernas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
