The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an all-out effort, Made in Paraguay's Ivan Mota threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gogo Villagra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pablo Ortega kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Nahia Gago scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Evaristo Mendialdura hit a great ball. The supporters of Flamengo de San Blás booed when Made in Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Mendialdura didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Flamengo de San Blás's Ivan Mota got control of the ball when Evaristo Mendialdura tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Made in Paraguay booed when Flamengo de San Blás was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Mendieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Nahia Gago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ivan Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Mendialdura in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Flamengo de San Blás made a substitution. Ulpiano Quirós replaced Pablo Ortega. Ivan Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nahia Gago in the 57th minute of play. After 57 played minutes Flamengo de San Blás got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Mendieta. Made in Paraguay's Modesto Farto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Garcia De Paredes in the 61st minute of play. Raul De Gracia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 minutes, Humberto Peralta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flamengo de San Blás and the Made in Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Flamengo de San Blás's Humberto Peralta got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 84 played minutes Flamengo de San Blás got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Garcia De Paredes. In the 86th minute, Nahia Gago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Made in Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 90th minute Evaristo Mendialdura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Sánchez kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Made in Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Garcia De Paredes came free, but Modesto Farto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Made in Paraguay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Flamengo de San Blás had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
