A sloppy throw-in by Arne Tönnberg in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PREZULO FC's Luciano Guib. 41 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Jarbas Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarbas Quadros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jarbas Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Jonathan Otto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Durazno in the 55th minute of play forced PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Jarbas Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Lundqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
