In the 36thth minute of the game Nuralp Akbal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Axel Davus managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Davus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Campens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the game, Pagos FC's Uwe Birmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Tilens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pagos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while KFC Paal-Tervant had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
