The Equipo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Mehat Kovaçi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Madrid having to make a save. If Jiang Sha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Celestiales players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Equipo were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. Santiago Abreu might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Furman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Abreu ran back to his position shaking his head. Equipo's Ismael Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Abreu in the 52nd minute of play. Ismael Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Sha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestiales made a substitution. Eustaquio Eudoxio replaced Santiago Abreu. When Equipo's Bruno Beugnet in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Celestiales's goalie prevented a goal. Mateo Gabino made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Equipo's Frederico Luz. 75 minutes into the match, Jiang Sha notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Equipo's Ismael Furman. Ismael Furman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, Equipo's Bruno Beugnet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Madrid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Iker Madrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Todd in the 81st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Bruno Beugnet took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Iker Madrid to make any attempt to save it. If Bruno Beugnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jairo Zambrano kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Eustaquio Eudoxio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Equipo's Ismael Furman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Equipo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
