Andy Cole started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Floresta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Alto Muro. A sloppy throw-in by Ladislao Ermengol in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Floresta Negra FC's Clemente Moura. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andy Cole in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jake Leonard saved WINNING ELEVEN from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, WINNING ELEVEN's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Bazkoare came free, but Jake Leonard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Andy Cole notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard. Jake Leonard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 played minutes Floresta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Moura. Egun Pais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Nilsson's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. If Andy Cole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jake Leonard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute of the match Floresta Negra FC got a corner. WINNING ELEVEN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lokon Pøhl ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Floresta Negra FC's Lokon Pøhl to fire away a dangerous shot which Jake Leonard despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half Floresta Negra FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, WINNING ELEVEN's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Cole came free, but Jake Leonard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jake Leonard made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. Floresta Negra FC's Alexsandro Mandrak was substituted for Hector Bazkoare. Floresta Negra FC made a substitution. Jardel Lewandowski replaced Andy Cole. WINNING ELEVEN's Silverio Gipuzkoa was substituted for Vilhelm Gustafsson. In the 68th minute of the match Floresta Negra FC got a corner. WINNING ELEVEN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lokon Pøhl ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gernando Rocha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard did a great save. Silverio Gipuzkoa made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fred Nilsson immediately put the ball in play. Jardel Lewandowski took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jake Leonard. Jake Leonard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind WINNING ELEVEN's goalkeeper Jake Leonard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jake Leonard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jardel Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. A hard shot 84 in the game by Jardel Lewandowski from a close distance when the talented Jake Leonard managed to make a qualified save. WINNING ELEVEN's players were relieved. 88 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jake Leonard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Floresta Negra FC booed when WINNING ELEVEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Urdaspal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Gernando Rocha got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Jake Leonard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jardel Lewandowski in the 94th minute.

When the final whistle sounded Floresta Negra FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than WINNING ELEVEN.
