With a little luck, Jakarta Wolf SC's Ayat Sungkawa got control of the ball when Filip Barbosu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aras Sophian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Porto in the 7th minute of play. Ayat Sungkawa was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Gofar Pohan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gofar Pohan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Jakarta Wolf SC's Ayat Sungkawa got control of the ball when Jojon Sopandi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wiliam Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Bengt-Arne Bäckman came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Kranji Crunchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Arne Bäckman couldn't finish the play. Gofar Pohans short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Ayat Sungkawa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes into the game, Gofar Pohan lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Ayat Sungkawa. Wiliam Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gofar Pohan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ayat Sungkawa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Barbosu in the 28th minute of play forced Jakarta Wolf SC's goalkeeper Ayat Sungkawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aras Sophian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jakarta Wolf SC's Ayat Sungkawa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Jakarta Wolf SC from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Wiliam Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Sophian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Kranji Crunchy defense, Wiliam Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aras Sophian. The Kranji Crunchy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aras Sophian should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Jakarta Wolf SC's zone, Filip Barbosu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayat Sungkawa came out of the goal and Filip Barbosu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wiliam Porto might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aras Sophian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiliam Porto ran back to his position shaking his head. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiliam Porto made a kick off. Jakarta Wolf SC's Syahrul Pattinasarani got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gofar Pohan in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayat Sungkawa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Porto got free with Aras Sophian in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ayat Sungkawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gofar Pohan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Anibal Feo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute of the match Filip Barbosu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ayat Sungkawa skillfully saved the ball. Aras Sophian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Porto in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute Wiliam Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Sophian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Barbosu in the 67th minute of play forced Jakarta Wolf SC's goalkeeper Ayat Sungkawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiliam Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Sophian having to interfere. Jakarta Wolf SC's Haji Lycik was substituted for Zhu Bo Fei. Wiliam Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74thth minute of the game Gofar Pohan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jakarta Wolf SC's Ayat Sungkawa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ayat Sungkawa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gofar Pohan in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match Kranji Crunchy got a corner. Jakarta Wolf SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filip Barbosu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jakarta Wolf SC's goalie and right to Lu Lei Fan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jakarta Wolf SC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Adit Syamsuddn fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kranji Crunchy's protests and gave Adit Syamsuddn a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th match minute, Kranji Crunchy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adit Syamsuddn to maneuver through the defense. Anibal Feo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Kranji Crunchy's Dian Hatala was substituted for Jojon Sopandi. After 93 played minutes Jakarta Wolf SC got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Feo.
Kranji Crunchy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
