Spectators: 467 (Terracing: 351, Seating: 107, VIP seats: 9) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciro Cortez started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Cortez came free, but Lázaro Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Cortez in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Juniors FC defense, Ciro Cortez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Colon. The Juniors FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Colon should have stopped the shot. Lázaro Colon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's Uriel Isias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Helmuth Duckadam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicanor Porfirio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Helmuth Duckadam made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Lázaro Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Ciro Cortez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon. Lázaro Colon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicanor Porfirio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Helmuth Duckadam made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Uriel Isias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Helmuth Duckadam. The goal made the score 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Isias to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciro Cortez struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Lázaro Colon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ruscova. Juniors FC's Jerzy Piszczor was substituted for Daniel Loi. Eduardo Gervaso got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nicanor Porfirio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zachary Snaza got free with Lázaro Colon in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Nicanor Porfirio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute Enrique Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmuth Duckadam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Nicanor Porfirio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmuth Duckadam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes FC Ruscova got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Cortez. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Zachary Snaza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Colon. Juniors FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zachary Snaza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 87th minute, Ciro Cortez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lázaro Colon. The goal made the score 1-4. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience was convinced that Enrique Frasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Helmuth Duckadam was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.

The FC Ruscova players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
