The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Mattias Svan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The corner led Bustick Sport's Mattias Svan to fire away a dangerous shot which Zeferino Diegues despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Roque Paskal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yu Ran Zhen in the 13th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Minho FC's Yu Ran Zhen made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Paskal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Svan came free, but Zeferino Diegues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Paskal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Aparecido in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute Mattias Svan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Diegues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeferino Diegues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Svan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Yu Ran Zhen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Paskal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Baltasar Argider in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Minho FC's Rowan Dobson. In the 46th minute, Vladimiro Gago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mattias Svan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Minho FC's Magno Aparecido nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Paskal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Bustick Sport made a substitution. Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos replaced Mattias Svan. Minho FC's Yu Ran Zhen got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Zeferino Diegues however easily saved by the left post. Minho FC's Hélder Soveral was substituted for Magno Aparecido. After 69 minutes Minho FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos who took care of the corner kick. Zeferino Diegues made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Zeferino Diegues to make any attempt to save it. Zeferino Diegues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Veronica in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Diegues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Esquipula. The supporters of Minho FC booed when Bustick Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Esken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henri Esken kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Minho FC had won after a very even match.
