After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, 陆响挺 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 沛水龙城's supporters rose to their feet, but 陆响挺 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Kerem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 0-0. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. 何政军 made the kick off and play began. Neither team seemed willing to take risks during extra-time and the defenses won out. The match would now go to a penalty shoot-out.

The goalkeeper, Mehmet Kerem, was totally fooled by 沛水龙城's 洪强宽, who 134 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The referee gave 沛水龙城 a penalty, 137 minutes into the game.
