The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Igor Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Hilario Furtado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but John Victor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcial Emmanuel hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, A.A FÊNIX's Bernardo Lehoi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernardo Lehoi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of A.A FÊNIX protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernardo Lehoi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 13th minute, one of A.A FÊNIX:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.A FÊNIX. With a little luck, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor got control of the ball when Ceferino Oihenarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. John Victor made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ceferino Oihenarte sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, A.A FÊNIX's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Almada came free, but Silvano Lohitzun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Igor Jesus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Thiago Almada made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes A.A FÊNIX got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Raymond. After having played for 55 minutes, Thiago Almada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Thiago Almada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Haimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Victor having to interfere. After 59 played minutes A.A FÊNIX got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Harriet. Silvano Lohitzun made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Wanderson Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Luís Paulo Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Sengrat came free, but John Victor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Igor Jesus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Lohitzun. A.A FÊNIX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Jesus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Ceferino Oihenarte charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Oihenarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when A.A FÊNIX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Oihenarte didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
