Australian Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Olliver Todman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Umberto de Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umberto de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neville Wal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Scarlet Speedster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Australian Youth Academy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Narciso Bueno 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Scarlet Speedster's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
