The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Igelström got free with Gameiro Loth in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gameiro Loth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson in the 4th minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Elegance Dijon's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Gameiro Loth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gameiro Loth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Igelström in the 9th minute of the match. Gameiro Loth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute, Lars-Erik Ivarsson made a precise shot to the right of Gameiro Loth. Elegance Dijon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Charles Lenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mattias Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathys Gaudillat in the 16th minute of play. If Harry Igelström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gameiro Loth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Igelström in the 27th minute of the match. If Charles Lenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gameiro Loth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars-Erik Ivarsson during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Elegance Dijon. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikael Ekeberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Gameiro Loth came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Kingpins's Mikael Ekeberg. But to his dismay, Mikael Ekeberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Ekeberg in the 58th minute of play forced Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Gameiro Loth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gameiro Loth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Bållström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kingpins's Ove Modig was substituted for Scipio Africano. Kingpins made a substitution. Ralf Olsmann replaced Charles Lenberg. A collision led to Elegance Dijon getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Martial Mugnier hit a great ball. Gameiro Loth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Olsmann in the 76th minute of the match. After 77 minutes Elegance Dijon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven Bållström who took care of the corner kick. Sven Bållström made a great header on Kingpins's corner, it was just that Elegance Dijon's Gameiro Loth managed to reach the ball for a save. Gameiro Loth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Kingpins's Mikael Ekeberg in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elegance Dijon's goalie prevented a goal.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kingpins fully deserved thier win.
