Sigvardt Bech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xiboquinha FC's Rony Zanette proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Xiboquinha FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Xiboquinha FC's Duda Nesta got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Vagner Vennitze sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rony Zanette threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Vagner Vennitze this time. 14 minutes into the game, Tage Backlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sigvardt Bech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gunther Kjærbye kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, César Moraes made a precise shot to the right of Sigvardt Bech. Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Holmkjar Hotspurs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xiboquinha FC the free kick. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Holmkjar Hotspurs! The referee gave Xiboquinha FC a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tiberiu Jienescu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Holmkjar Hotspurs's Sigvardt Bech. 0-4. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Sigvardt Bech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Backlund in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Steinwart in the 39th minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Rony Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalle Molnit got free with Rony Zanette in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Steinwart came free, but Rony Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sigvardt Bech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Vagner Vennitze kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rony Zanette. That made the score 1-4 in the 46 minute of play. After the first half Xiboquinha FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell César Moraes to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Eladio to maneuver through the defense. After 54 played minutes, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Gunther Kjærbye shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rony Zanette came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Holmkjar Hotspurs reached it. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Thorstein Brasbøl got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Thorstein Brasbøl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremias Preuss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Sigvardt Bech made a huge save. Sigvardt Bech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Preuss, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Rony Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Steinwart in the 65th minute of the match. Manoel Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvardt Bech having to interfere. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl was substituted for Vagner Vennitze. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Edvard Lillebroe replaced Loui Bargmann. Sigvardt Bech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xiboquinha FC's Rony Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalle Molnit in the 74th minute of play. Sigvardt Bech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Preuss in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute, Thorstein Brasbøl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Magnus Steinwart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes of play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rony Zanette was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, Xiboquinha FC's Jeremias Preuss ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sigvardt Bech. Sigvardt Bech yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5.
Xiboquinha FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
