The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zapican FC's Leon Falla got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, UD Amazonas's goal looked a bit too open when Leocadio Leira came free, but Bohórquez Salcines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Zadornin Grau managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Amazonas's supporters rose to their feet, but Zadornin Grau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose-Antonio Diana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zapican FC's Jose-Antonio Diana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urrutia Hubieta in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urrutia Hubieta in the 39th minute of play forced Zapican FC's goalkeeper Jose-Antonio Diana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, UD Amazonas's Bohórquez Salcines got control of the ball when Felix Guiral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zayvius Lerena kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Bohórquez Salcines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leocadio Leira, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Bohórquez Salcines made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Felix Guiral sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zadornin Grau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leocadio Leira in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bohórquez Salcines saved UD Amazonas from getting behind. Bohórquez Salcines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Curbelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Urrutia Hubieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose-Antonio Diana having to interfere. Ivon Orellan got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Zapican FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Ivon Orellan hit a great ball. UD Amazonas's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
