Napoleon Schroeder took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Walmyr Mota. Derribadinha AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Derribadinha AD's goal looked a bit too open when Denver Jackson came free, but Walmyr Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tony Souto came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Derribadinha AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Souto couldn't finish the play. Dale Hollis made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Aloísio Costa sent off a good shot on target. Derribadinha AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dale Hollis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Derribadinha AD booed when Shippensburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Shippensburg players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Derribadinha AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
