Lee Kerr was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Levander came free, but Lee Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Hopp took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lee Kerr. Lee Kerr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Hopp in the 17th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Lee Kerr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils Hopp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lee Kerr made a huge save. Lee Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Hopp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwan Kasiewski got free with Lee Kerr in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Bammerman to make the kick off. FC Kurdistan's Ubaldo Ritchie was substituted for Nils Hopp. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clapham Comets F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roberto-Carlos da Silva was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Kurdistan's players had a chance to rest. Fredric Hybbert made a great header on FC Kurdistan's corner, it was just that Clapham Comets F.C.'s Lee Kerr managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 67th minute of the match FC Kurdistan got a corner. Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Liam Sheridan hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. FC Kurdistan's Roberto-Carlos da Silva couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Clapham Comets F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 78th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Lee Kerr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lee Kerr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Sundström in the 79th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Clapham Comets F.C. defense, Iwan Kasiewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lee Kerr. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lee Kerr should have stopped the shot. After 93 minutes of play, FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lee Kerr was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Kurdistan had won after a very even match.
