Niculae Podgoreanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Urbasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niculae Podgoreanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Stiinta-Univ.'s Eulalio Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Podgoreanu in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Panait in the 24th minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Shi Ming Sheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute -BZF- Viper eSports were awarded a corner. Niculae Podgoreanu went to the cornerflag to take it. Shi Ming Sheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Silviu Lung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Ming Sheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Edgar Chelbea threw the ball into play from the sideline. Stiinta-Univ.'s Viteazul Flore quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Ming Sheng in the 43rd minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Ming Sheng came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Shi Ming Sheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silviu Lung was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Costin Neacșu made a kick off. Silviu Lung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Panait, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute of the match Stiinta-Univ. got a corner. -BZF- Viper eSports's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Viteazul Flore ran over to the corner to take the kick. Stiinta-Univ.'s Shi Ming Sheng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Silviu Lung in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Ming Sheng in the 69th minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Panait could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Silviu Lung made a huge save. Eulalio Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Podgoreanu in the 74th minute of play. Niculae Podgoreanu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Shi Ming Sheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Viteazul Flore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Silviu Lung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Viper eSports from getting a goal against them. Silviu Lung made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Shi Ming Sheng sent off a good shot on target. If Shi Ming Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shi Ming Sheng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silviu Lung read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Panait in the 92nd minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Shi Ming Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
