Iwan Kasiewski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marian Văduvescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Iwan Kasiewski slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. With a little luck, FC Steaua Pildesti's Marian Văduvescu got control of the ball when Iwan Kasiewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Deșliu in the 25th minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Lars Sundström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Văduvescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 32 minutes into the match, Lars Sundström notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of FC Steaua Pildesti's Marian Văduvescu. Marian Văduvescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Sundström in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marian Văduvescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute of the match FC Kurdistan got a corner. FC Steaua Pildesti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roberto-Carlos da Silva ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Kurdistan's Roberto-Carlos da Silva to fire away a dangerous shot which Marian Văduvescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Barbu in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Lars Sundström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kurdistan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.

Lars Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Văduvescu having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, one of FC Steaua Pildesti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fredric Hybbert placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 60thth minute of the game Lucian Stere who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Sundström in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Marian Văduvescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Văduvescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Kasiewski in the 64th minute of play. FC Kurdistan's Elliot Nordgren was substituted for Lars Sundström. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after FC Steaua Pildesti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto-Carlos da Silva took the corner. FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marian Văduvescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 79th minute, Elliot Nordgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Văduvescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Elliot Nordgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Văduvescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute Elliot Nordgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Văduvescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Elliot Nordgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kurdistan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. In the 94th minute, Elliot Nordgren made a precise shot to the right of Marian Văduvescu. FC Steaua Pildesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. FC Kurdistan walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
