In the 13thth minute of the game Ayberk Akgün who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but the xeneise dream team's Vinicio Aires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Zacharias Siatzis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of DS ACADEMY TEAM's Sten Naredi. Sten Naredi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ayberk Akgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ayberk Akgün might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinicio Aires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience cheered when Barnaba Jarocewicz's long shot passed Vinicio Aires's right side. It was 1-1, 36 minutes into the match. Vinicio Aires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ayberk Akgün in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by the xeneise dream team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Barnaba Jarocewicz was slow to take the kick. During this time DS ACADEMY TEAM's players had a chance to rest. Barnaba Jarocewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Aires read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ayberk Akgün was the one to do the kick off. If Ayberk Akgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ayberk Akgün might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinicio Aires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayberk Akgün couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute of the match Genaro Farias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Naredi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, the xeneise dream team's Gaspar Lizardi got a free kick in the 78th minute. Barnaba Jarocewicz struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Vinicio Aires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DS ACADEMY TEAM. the xeneise dream team's Aquiles Mikolas was substituted for Habil Castolo. If Ayberk Akgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute, Genaro Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Naredi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Mikolas in the 91st minute of the match. the xeneise dream team's Vinicio Aires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayberk Akgün in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the the xeneise dream team defense, Ayberk Akgün kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinicio Aires. The the xeneise dream team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinicio Aires should have stopped the shot.
