Okanalp Özdil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sten Naredi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Candelaria FC booed when DS ACADEMY TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barnaba Jarocewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marciano Lekubegi missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 53 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sten Naredi right hand side. 57 minutes into the match, DS ACADEMY TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Elixio came free, but Sten Naredi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in DS ACADEMY TEAM's zone, Okanalp Özdil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sten Naredi came out of the goal and Okanalp Özdil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Sten Naredi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 65th minute of play. Barnaba Jarocewicz hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Bayındır Mehmet Yezid came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tomás Bonifaco could save by the left post. If Arnaldo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. Sten Naredi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Pellen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Bayındır Mehmet Yezid notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Candelaria FC's Tomás Bonifaco. Tomás Bonifaco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DS ACADEMY TEAM had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
